Having your own fruit growing in the garden is wonderful. Homemade pies and jam are delicious but a surplus can easily fill up your freezer. Why not have it made into your own fruit wine complete with personalised label?

Delicious wine can be made to order from ingredients provided by you, the customer, with no duty to pay. You can choose the style; dry or sweet, light or full bodied, table or dessert.

As a guide, approx. 1 - 2k of fruit makes a light table wine, full bodied desserts may take 4 - 5 kilos. Our fruit and country wines are made from traditional recipes and by traditional methods. All wines have a grape base but are fermented with the named ingredient.

With your own personalised labels, they make excellent gifts and can be used for business promotions, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries or simply for your own pleasure at home.

Please note: wine produced in this way must not be sold. If you wish to sell wine from your own produce you must have a licence to sell alcohol and pay the requisite customs duty. 

Prices start from £25 for a minimum 6 bottles. Please phone or e-mail to discuss possibilities. Some fruits incur extra preparation charges. For example, apples and pears should be brought in whole but you will be charged for pressing. We encourage customers to collect their wine and delivery charges, if required, are extra.

Please note: fruit should be of good quality, with no damage or decay. We prefer fruit to be prepared where possible, e.g. plums stoned, grapes destalked. Most fruits also benefit from freezing, even for a short period, so it is fine to freeze your harvest and deliver it to us at your convenience.
